Everytime I start a new save, one of the first things I do is to bulldoze the community buildings that the game insists on placing at the world, all of them except the Elixir Consignment Shop, where I just put the cashier machine from the Ambitions Consigniment Shop so I could have both shops in one single lot.
This, and also the Small Bakery built by Bast, inspired me in creating a small building to accomodate all the NPC shops in one single place 
This small townhouse features a Ambitions Consignment Shop, a Elixir Consignment Shop and also ITF Plumbot Shop (so your sims doesn’t have to travel to the future if they want to build or buy them). Oh and also a terrace where your sims cam spend their time after shopping, and collect honey and SPN herbs 😀
Also, NO CC was used on the lot, and only items from the aforementioned EPs were used, to your convenience
