The apartment’s design, mostly of the interior, is based from the Portland Safehouse in GTA:Liberty City Stories, with a modified exterior, while retaining the shabby/semi-grunge environment.
Recommended to place in city-type worlds, wherein this lot is placed in the emptied version of Bridgeport.
